Certifications
Our SLA100 commitment is to provide power and IP network for colocation and managed services at 100% of scheduled monthly availability. If we miss our SLA100 availability commitment, we will pay aggressive penalties of one hour of the monthly charge for each minute of outage, up to a maximum of the total monthly charge.
Statement on Auditing Standards No.70, or SAS 70, is an internationally recognized certification for data center security awarded or renewed annually by AICPA auditors specializing in physical security matters. Among other security concerns, auditors evaluate visitor logging, keypad security, video surveillance, and physical data security. SAS 70 certification is the highest level of data center certification given by the AICPA.
