Ascent Data’s Proactive Desktop Management Platform provides remote, preventative maintenance services through an agent that we install on your desktop or laptop; the agent contains built-in intelligence that will conduct day-to-day preventive maintenance services. It will also provide us with remote access to troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise.

With this Desktop and User Care, we generate detailed inventory reports and configurations related to all of the preventive maintenance activities conducted through our Network Operations Center (NOC). We track serial numbers, license expirations, warranties, vendor information, detailed service responses and much more. The platform comes with a built-in scripting engine and can also be used to deploy software applications remotely and automatically.

We also maintain an on-site IT support team that will dispatch an experienced technician to your location when an issue cannot be resolved remotely. This would be the case for hardware issues, issues involving a lack of connectivity to the network or Internet, and anything else that requires a physical set of hands at your location. This ensures that we only go on-site when it is necessary, keeping our costs to you low.
