We protect your data as if it were our own. Our SAS 70 Tier II data center, located just fifteen minutes outside of the city, boasts a redundant uninterruptible power supply and HVAC system, two diesel-powered generators and high-capacity carrier-neutral network of providers.

SLA100 Guarantee
When it comes to uptime and operational efficiency, Ascent Data’s SLA100 guarantee surpasses others in the industry and provides our clients with piece of mind in knowing their data is safe, or we will pay strict penalties. If we fail to provide power and bandwidth for colocation and managed services at 100 percent of scheduled monthly availability, we pay a price. Ascent Data takes reliability seriously and we prove it by paying one hour of the monthly charge for each minute of outage, up to a maximum of the total monthly charge.
