Ascent Data's New SLA100 Program Means 100% Availability

Ascent Data today announces an industry leading SLA100 Availability program for new customers of its data center, colocation, and managed services.

SLA100 improves our SLA commitments to new customers and contracts in our resilient SAS70 Type II compliant data center. Our SLA100 commitment is to provide power and IP network for collocation and managed services at 100% of scheduled monthly availability. If we miss our SLA100 availability commitment, we will pay aggressive penalties of one hour of the monthly charge for each minute of outage, up to a maximum of the total monthly charge.

While other data center companies only will commit to a level of 99% or 99.9% of scheduled availability, and even then, will only pay for the minutes down, Ascent Data is leading our region by offering this SLA100 commitment to new customers and contracts.
